Parliamentary Finance reveals the existence of job grades in the 2020 budget

On Saturday, the Parliamentary Finance Committee revealed the existence of job grades within the draft federal budget law for the year 2020.
A member of the committee, Ahmed Al-Saffar, said in a statement to / information /, that "the draft federal budget law for the year 2020 includes a number of job grades for some ministries," noting that "the draft law will reach Parliament soon after returning it to the government."
He added that "returning the budget to the government took place to make some adjustments related to the general financial situation of the country," noting that "there are paragraphs in the budget from the powers of the executive authority to amend them while they are outside the functions of the Finance Committee."
He continued, "The committee hopes that the distribution will be fair for the job grades that will be included in the 2020 budget."
And the Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed, last Thursday, that the draft federal budget law for the year 2020 will be for three months only. LINK

The 2021 B. has the allocations/funding for investments as stated in many articles. December into January will be interesting to watch. All imo

The idea of going out side of the this month yet seems a bit hasty... lol imo The change in the budget has not been exposed yet. Therefore, this is nowhere near over, imo in the short term, let alone going into next year. Lets not forget the 2019 FMLA.. Lets not also forget they can move or allocate the investment side of the budget to the operational side in a stroke of a pen.. All in recent articles, jmtc.. ~ MM

the problem of who to believe is no different then the US. there is tons of misinfo going on as you can see by the different statements put out. the progress of the 2020 budgent is moving like a turtle and then you have the 2021 budget in my own opinion we probaly will be lucky to see this at years end or beginning of 2021. while this is going on the good thing is kazami is cleaning house of corruption which is great
