People are so ANGRY. We cannot get justice in the current system. Very few can find “successful” remedy at suit against Police, Judges, Prosecutors, Bankers, Politicians, etc., due to this UNBALANCED SYSTEM.

These wrong-doers are hiding behind “Qualified Immunity” that is found in the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act wherein we can ONLY file suit if we first notify the Department of State in Washington, D.C. This is according to CFR 22 Section 93.1 and 93.2.

Then, to file a claim afterwards it falls under the jurisdiction of Title 28 section 1330, which is to go before the Federal District Court in Washington DC. REALLY???

The “Cure” is so simple. Just remove THEIR “Qualified Immunity” so we can meet them on common ground, make them responsible for what they do, and we’ll have Justice in this beautiful land.

It’s so simple even a Democrat could understand it.
