We are in the midst of the Global Financial “Black Swan” event. It’s not instantaneous.
There has been talk that the Quantum Financial System clicked into place on September 1st, and by the middle of the month to expect major changes
The fiscal year for the United States rolls over on October 1st. That will be the beginning of the 2021 fiscal year.
There is a high degree of probability that we will see some changes.
