"Learning more each day on how to stand in court where the corporate agents have no personal or subject matter jurisdiction, unless we give it to them"Thank you AG..and yes you are right..you have to challenge ..lack of subject matter jurisdiction..lack of standing by the plaintiff.. they have no valid claim (the State..unless you deliberately harmed an injured someone)..that's the first thing to do..you can't plea to anything..because then you've give personal jurisdiction to the court and smj. Plaintiff lacks standing... no Corpus delicti ..no jointer of contract.
