Do you know about what years this would had been ? Islam didn't come into existence until around the 7th century..
It Muhammad did not write the Quran until that time ..
According to Islamic texts and tradition, an angel named Gabriel visited Muhammad in 610 A.D. while he was meditating in a cave..
Starting in about 613, Muhammad began preaching throughout Mecca the messages he received. He taught that there was no other God but Allah and that Muslims should devote their lives to this God.

PS.. most religions are Dogma..look at how many religions has fractions of thier beliefs.. in Christianity is denominations. You got it in all..and each one their belief is right?
