Hi Zoe,
Read your post and wanted to reach out to you. I too am an Aussie and feel your pain in every word you wrote.
I've been following Q and various sources for near 4 years now and feel absolutely sickened by what I've learned thus far. Hard to imagine it can get any worse.
I don't have any magical words of wisdom for you, just wanted you to know that you are not alone.
My concern right now is if they are in fact rescuing these tens of thousands of precious children right now, how are they being cared for? Who is caring for them? Is it the same disgusting system that allowed it to happen in the first place? So many questions.
I must end it there before I lose it yet again. It's true, those that know can't sleep.
