The actual starting time for the RV / GCR is not a fixed date or time. THis situation is very dynamic and the known data continues to change as certain people are arrested and decide to cooperate with the Government. These statements are directly from the Internet. John Durham is presently in negotiations with various Deep State people who are being allowed to make a plea bargain for critical information.
Once the new and critical information is given then the government acts upon the information to verify it is true. There are numerous Cooperating Witnesses who have accepted a plea bargain and much progress on the PLAN to drain the swamp is being made based on the new information received.
There are known cooperating witnesses such as Kevin Clinesmith, James Baker, Bruce Ohr, Candance Marie Clairborne, and many more. There are numerous WhistleBlowers who came forward with critical information which requires verification.
There is the Deep State working to stop President Trump. The Deep State has millions of members who lie and cheat to keep what they want. These people have no ethical restraints and lack a moral compass.
Then there is the Muslim influence that has been allowed to get into America’s government. Obama was the main person who facilitated this change. Keep in mind that the Quran specifically calls for death to all “non-believers”. Yes, that demand of the Quran is either become a Muslim or die! Consider that John Brennan is a Muslim.
Then there are the children and pedophiles to deal with. President Trump has been working on this aspect of the PLAN since he became inaugurated as President. President Trump is a businessman and had an expectation that his staff would follow directions and have the best interest of America as their goal - Make America Great Again along with America First. Experience has proven Trump wrong about this assumption.
However, when Trump stepped into the Swamp and was up to his neck with the alligators, it has been very difficult to remember his objective was to Drain the Swamp. Consequently, every time Trump makes some progress he is faced with the “Resistance” which is being led by the traitor Obama. Obama gets support and financing from the idiots in Congress such as Pelosi, Schumer, Schiff, Nadler, Feinstein, and more. Trump was hindered by the Department of Justice at every turn he made to Drain the Swamp. Certainly every American is aware of the Impeachment fiasco! President Trump has been forced to be patient and roll out the news slowly and carefully. President Trump is allowing the Demoncrats to hang themselves with their lawless actions. Can any rational person imagine America without Police?

As to the Guru’s and their many faults so be careful what you claim you know. The actual release date for the RV / GCR is not fixed in stone. The arrest of Maxwell and Epstien changed things because these two became cooperating witnesses. These two have a wealth of first hand information and are giving the Good Guys great intelligence which is being verified. There are locations and people identification information with photos, videos, transcripts and testimony being accumulated. The same can be said of Kevin Clinesmith. The ObamaGate Conspiracy is very real and Obama was a traitor to America as was Big Mike (AKA Michele Obama). The known pedophiles are being arrested and sent to GITMO! The information is and has been available on the Internet. The names and status of these freaks is posted.
President Trump is also dealing with a global issue not just America. THe National Security Agency has all of the detailed data and has given it to Trump. The criminals are all known and will be brought to justice. Once Kevi Clinesmith took a plea bargain and became a cooperating witness the game changed visibly and the MSM is being stupi not to disclose this FACT!
President Trump has a very capable team tearing the money around the world. The Ukraine corruption is massive and the Bidens are all guilty - the entire crime family. Joe Biden is done and gone along with Hunter.
Anyone who claims he or she knows the exact date and time of the RV / GCR release is delusional. There are so many factors to be considered that I doubt that the new Quantum Computer can figure out the solution. The reason is simple, the data set is not yet complete!
