The Fed Announces it will Quit Printing Paper Money

If you've been keeping up with the silver price on the usdebtclock.org

Silver had maxed out to 4100+ about a month ago. and rarely ever delined in over a year. Its now down to 3894.

Thus is based on the year to year world production of silver to the U.S. M2 money supply.

So if silver production decreases then it will be less in supply for demand..and thus the value price would increase because of supply and demand.

Yet..if the Fed decreases it supply of it Notes.. Would this increase the value of the note? No because it has no value except against something of value. Like silver and gold.

I think it's a scheme to try to increase the FRNotes value. Has the FRN been taken off of the world reserve currency yet? If it has, then it's lost its value already. Now they got to decrease how much of it is out in the world to give it any value.

I've attached a screen shot of the M2 money supply, from usdebtclock.org .and its still flying up.
If it's going up and silver production is mostly stopped why is silver decreaseing in value to the M2? And why can we sell our silver at that rate?
