Taco Spaghetti Pies made in a Muffin Pan

These Mini Taco Spaghetti Pies combine two of my favorites into one yummy dish! Tacos & Spaghetti. It is the best of both worlds! I loved the individual pies. We ate these for dinner, and had the leftovers for lunch. They tasted great reheated! We just popped the leftover spaghetti pies in the microwave for a minute or two. Perfect!

How to Make Taco Spaghetti Pie

It looks like a long process to make these, but I had everything going at once and it didn't take long at all. Boil the noodles and cook the ground beef at the same time. Mix up the cheese filling while all that is going on and you are ready to assemble the pies when the pasta is done cooking.

You are probably going to have some leftover sauce after you assemble the pies. Don't toss it! Keep it warm and serve it with these Mini Taco Spaghetti Pies.

You can swap the ground beef for ground turkey or even ground chicken if you prefer.
