I have heard all the talking heads pontificate about what is happening. Yes IQD is international, IT ISNT AVAILABLE FOR INDIVIDUAL EXCHANGE here or anywhere else, we are waiting on the China trade deal PERIOD. Some will disagree…. It’s my opnion…….. NO ONE knows the time or day
