You bring up a great point, Pete. It would good to be able to work together and have a network of people we can team up with and good references to areas we don’t want to tackle but we can know and support committed people who we will have to trust blindly, initially, to have a harmonious and general moral integrity, and please excuse my reluctance to share my project ideas and vision...
I see the possibility of:
-a beneficial repurposing of plastic floating islands;
-Seven ships/universities with international rebuilding and economizing and closer to nature living and building projects, even in the cities,
-Let’s reward and incentivize corporations that reduce their pollution output and promote them; Why seek to FINE for “over polluting”?...although being present and aware of everything.
-Organize filmmakers to evolve the way images and careers are put out there. (so many distractions and we focus so much on what we are against that we don’t take bold steps to what we can do for even making one little thing better in our own lives. Not ignore absurd perspectives and other people’s “VALUES”, rather focus on the stand and faith we hold.)
Perhaps someone here is good with creating an independent website that is outside of the mainstream and it will be a headquarters or a watchtower(which, excuse me, but it suddenly sounds ominous although I LOVED the idea of it on Smallville!
(Its a recent Superman series which I really enjoy)
I agree moreso with the views of the right and I suppose a certain amount of returned antagonism is a reflex action, but I think here, too, we do better to promote and incorporate our solutions than keep proving the sad part of our society are stupid and wrong.
Oh, I cannot help but feel that they are, but I haven’t time or energy to waste on someone else’s platform. We here, however, are a fellowship. We are We the People. Not the “elite”, although I appreciate the Presidents suggestion that his supporters are. Perhaps we are the elect?...because the blessing-burden was not embraced by MANY people and yet was embraced by a lot of folks who may be nearing the category of meek.
I think of the meek as those who tend not to impose on other people. Quiet, pensive, earthy, diligent...definitely not unaware of a lurking leech going around calling himself, Poverty,...
I sense, anyway, that we are not Divinely blessed by our own “smarts”, but by Grace...because to us the blessing made sense and distinctly others think it foolish. I would rather be a fool than a wise man because a wise man cannot fall in love.
It’s been frustrating, but I would never have met such people like you with such big ideas and visions for our nation in fellowship with other nations and, what the heck! perhaps other worlds?
I am positive you are all Trekkers whether you know it yet or not.
Perhaps we will dine with Zorra of Inner Earth?
Regardless, we are sure to cross paths along the way and what would be wrong for us to stand (and work) together?
To be clear, by the end of this month, can some good web thinkers design a site and would those here who are so inclined suggest categories of interest and ideas?
My interests are:
-Floating Universities
-International Filmmaking
-Production ships to recycle plastic islands
-Farm Rennovation Projects
-a slow pitch softball league with our global fellow participants...or SURF TEAM!!!
