Some exchange activity "REPORTEDLY" has begun in limited areas.....we are awaiting solid confirmations of such.
Some bank sources are now reporting two separate contract rates for Dinar and Dong (no specifics given, so don't ask). Time Will Tell!
We're still WAITING to receive 800 numbers that were supposed to be out by now. Patience is a virtue.
Monday appears to be a Tell All, Reveal All type of day. Keep enjoying your weekend, the "Window" remains open.
