With all due respect, you must have misunderstood the rates quoted for the Zim. The rates that are $35 M & $11 M refer to those that do not have humanitarian projects. People presenting projects that are credible can anticipate receiving upto a 1-1 redemption rate up to $5T. Redeeming over $5T you can have the values decreased according to the amount you are redeeming.
