The time has come for a brief summary of where we are in the Great Transition. We here know a lot more at this point than we did when we started. Probably, we would like to know more. If you are reading this, it is because you have been drawn, whether intellectually or spiritually, or both, toward a new understanding of world governance and world finance. You have learned much about how things HAVE been done and gained insight into how things OUGHT to be done. You have been refining your understanding of history and the manifestations of political, economic and military power. You see better, now, how they shape and affect the modern world. You have learned more about money systems, and how the elite powers that create money itself use it to wield great power. You have come to understand the incredible significance of Science & Technology in interweaving its way into everything we do and think. You may also have learned that the advent of amazingly rapid progress in the realm of Science & Technology has had (and continues to have) an increasingly large effect on all power centers. You know that the pace of scientific advances and patentable inventions has spiked in recent decades. you understand that this has resulted in a very real challenge in comprehending where it is all going for Gaia. Utopia or Dystopia, or maybe a continued Balancing Act. You now know, more than most, that the leaders of the world must find a way to successfully cope with these challenges.
Is there really an "Alliance" on the planet constituted of well-positioned and enlightened "white hat" types? Are they interacting with wise benevolent Elders that people can rally around for positive effective change? Is the "debt jubilee" a real thing or is this currency/bond thing all just a manifestation of Cabal 3.0, the new and exciting version? How do WE all here fit into the world equation? Do we have a place at The Table in a time of transition? Are we to be significant and positive influencers? Can we interject universal principles of justice and human empathy into a future shaped and formed by a new economic system? Is there a great leap forward into advanced quantum computing that has taken place? Does this new quantum system allow for a much more efficient and crime-free monetary system to exist? Should common people be "allowed" to receive large sums of money via a world-wide digital exchange process? Is the GCR/RV the result of a large-scale plan skillfully devised by enlightened humans we can call the "good guys"? Who are these "good" guys specifically and are they winning? Who are their opponents and deniers? Are there forces opposing the GCR/RV engaging in a type of warfare or severe opposition to it? Do the opposers represent a worldwide system, long in place, wherein the elite secretly interact with powerful "evil" beings to dominate mankind? Is there a benevolent galactic aspect operative in this time of transition to assist the Great Transition? Are we at the cusp of having a legitimate new "world court of justice" where sovereign countries will not be the victims of militarily superior countries? Are we at the cusp of having a legitimate new quantum financial system where there are innovations and reforms as to how money is created, how usury is to be diminished, and how debt slavery can be ended? Are we capable in this new system to use asset-backed digital currencies to expand the money supply for the benefit of mankind, including especially the less developed countries and continents? Will we now see the end of powerful central-bank manipulations, inordinate power given to private banking families, hidden white-collar theft, crime syndicates, and economic-sourced environmental destruction? Will we see the smaller and less developed countries better supported and protected with enhanced health and business infrastructure? Will we see a massive spiritual renaissance that helps us move away from armed conflict and especially open warfare? Will we follow our hearts and move closer to alignment with spiritual values? Is the GCR/RV imminent?
The two most fundamental questions for the people of any planet, regardless of social standing, are: (1) what geographical and social context am I in; and, (2) who governs. There is a reactionary question also to each answer. Am I happy with it? It then follows, that, if you are NOT happy with it, what can you do about it? Over 99% of all humans are grouped into some sort of community, whether large or small. The community has rules, beliefs, shared philosophies, and social mores. Some countries have experimented with diversity concepts. Other countries are not at all tolerant. Each person in a given society can be said to be leaning to being a conformist or a non-conformist. Most societies tend to have a majority who tend to have shared beliefs. In most countries there is a strong pressure to be conformist. In this way, the non-conformists are easily identified. It is obvious too that non-conformity has historically been discouraged by those in power, even to the point of imprisonment or death. The formation of laws is an attempt to set the boundaries of human behavior, thought, and social interaction. Laws tend to mirror the higher aspirations of society, but often are also seen as repressive, counterproductive, etc and thus are occasionally changed. Laws can be enforced by the power structure using a punishment reaction, including admonishment, disciplinary education, fines, imprisonment or even death. Beyond the laws, there are social, cultural and belief systems that also shape human behavior.
Four hundred years ago, about 85%-90% of the human beings present in even the most "advanced" civilizations of the day, were illiterate. Thus, knowledge and education were inherently reserved for an elite group. Books were expensive to create and few had access to them This elite group was typically led by those that governed, usually with military support. The extant belief was that it was for the best for the elite to keep people ignorant. This stemmed from the belief that their capabilities and capacity to make sense of the world was limited. The needs of society were linked to the productivity of agriculture, fishing, mining, timbering, weaving, building, warring, manufacture of basic tools and to trade. Throughout human history, since all must eat, industrious behavior was rewarded and laziness was discouraged. The population within a given territory were generally consigned into various societal layers, which included a tendency toward feudal organizations and castes. Indirectly, societal layering was influenced greatly by the genetic intelligence factor as expressed in a "Bell Curve". Social layering led to the formation of economic models based on meritocracy. This established an overt pathway to social order and tended to promote a desire of the individual to be productive, industrious and proficient in their occupation.
The pace of life and human invention has quickened in recent decades. We, as individuals, are now capable to acquire vast amounts of information and data, and to expose ourselves to voluminous opinions, philosophies, predictions and ideas. This sweeping access in fact represents a tipping point in human civilization. There has come to the world an Awakening. It is an awakening (based on universal access and transparency) to vast knowledge and technology. Due to the vast diversity of countries, social systems, religions, educational programs, and economic wherewithal within populations, not everyone has had easy access to this "awakening". However, that is beginning to change rapidly. The expanded usage of inexpensive yet powerful cell phones, tablets and desktop computers grows broader and broader. Satellite systems are becoming more refined and sophisticated and are now capable to link the entire world population together as never before. Social media innovations, platforms for mass video uploads, software for remote group meetings and presentations by a speaker/teacher have emerged with great impact. New technologies are waiting in the wings. They will require funding and assistance in moving the older version of the work force into their sphere of production and distribution.
I will tell you plainly and with great emphasis that we have come to a place on the historical time-line that is existential in character. The entire future of our planet and everyone on the planet is being shaped by a dramatic interaction of forces, now, in real time. At one extreme, these forces will lead to a path toward social disorder, civil war, international war, and a tear in the fabric of civilization. At the other extreme, we will enter a new "Golden Age", shaped by "the better angels of our nature", as American President Abraham Lincoln so aptly phrased it. Every planet in the galaxy (and known universe) with intelligent sentient life comes to a grand juncture on its historical continuum. Correct decisions and choices must be made. The concept of a proliferation of Life knows two fundamental camps: (1) Life on earth is unique and self-contained to this planet - we are on our own; or (2) Life on earth is but one example of a type of manifestation that transcends the earth, a single planet among many. There are other intelligent, sentient beings and entities involved. Whatever your belief is today, there are parts of existence that remain to be explored and perhaps even proven. The great Transition will be influenced by what you have learned, what inspires your path, and the camp toward which you lean.
I for one believe there has been a bridged intercession to assist and enable us in our hope for a better world. I believe this planet collectively went down a wrong path and now we must be leaders in healing the soul of the world. I further believe we here who are participants in the great Transition are integral to a successful implementation of the larger plan. I believe we will be needed for triage, a resource base for those in dire need who may be suffering from the collateral damage that accompanies change. I believe many new projects for the betterment of mankind will emerge from this group here. I believe that exchange funds assigned to us will be carefully and wisely allocated to deserving new projects developed by the brightest of the bright. I believe without reservation that we are the invaluable humanitarian counterbalance to the sweeping changes we shall soon see.
