Here's the "Intel" for the last 10 years about mandatory NDA's :
Yes-No-Yes-No-Yes-No-Yes-No- 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, forever.
WOW ! Aren't we well informed ! We are THOROUGHLY trained & ready to save the world !
IF the {alleged} QFS is as powerful & all knowing as advertised, why would it be required that : 'There would be special tracking of you post-exchange by NSA and Homeland Security to see if there were any signs that you might use the funds for nefarious activities.' THIS WOULD BE UNNECESSARY IF QFS WAS 'AS ADVERTISED' & OVERSEEN BY BENEVOLENT FORCES. These 2 claims are contradictory & nonsensical. The QFS is either magically omniscient or it isn't. Tracking us peons would be meaningless for the purposes claimed, but well suited for post-exchange confiscation. I call bullshit on NDA's.
Besides, these same 'Agencies,'et al, FOR DECADES, have been apparently unable to stop Drug Trafficking, Pedophiles, Money Laundering, Naked Short Selling, Voter Fraud, etc. But NOOO ! They will "monitor" a bunch of 'Newbie Trillionaires' with precision, honesty & concern for our fellow man. Talk about a fluster-cluck of irrational claims.
If the NDA is real, the way I see it, this will virtually assure that many of us will shitcan our electronics & sit back, vacation, and wait until the NDA expires. That would be a real big help to the world in need, wouldn't it. The alternative, for ONE LITTLE ERROR, would be loss of funds. You've noticed, no doubt, that nobody ever says where, or to whom, those 'confiscated funds' would be sent. No mention of any agency to appeal to for the confiscation has been identified. POOF ! GONE ! Tough luck, Pablo.
The only mistake us ordinaries made was not taking the disclaimer ' For entertainment purposes only ' seriously enough.
