I believe you are referring to a July 3rd transcription I made of a video by Charles Ward and Chris Thrall wherein Charlie said the following:

Charlie did not say the Vatican had been shut-down.
Only that the Vatican had been emptied of 650 planeloads of cash, gold and documents and that 350 people were arrested and taken away.
He further said the Pope had been under House arrest before Easter and Sunday, April 12, 2020 was Easter.
That does not mean the Pop is still under House arrest.
The Alliance are not going to shut down the Catholic Church — or ANY religion — even if they could.
I believe, however, that once the alleged crimes by various members of various religions are revealed, the people themselves will shut many religions down.
Regarding the Italy invasion by The Alliance military, David Wilcock verifies the timeline Charlie Ward is referring to. This is from a transcription I made on March 25, 2020, at the beginning of the covid-19 lockdown regarding Alliance troops going to Europe on March 15:

Charles Ward did say that Italy was one of the first countries that was locked-down as The Alliance not only had to go into the Vatican, but also arrest Mafia bosses.
These are transitional times as old constructs are disintegrating — it is very difficult to get accurate information.
I do not believe anything "reported" by the MSM or any film-clips from the MSM.
Who knows what is true and what is a film set with a bunch of actors?
I believe the reports from David Wilcock and Charles Ward, which is why I spend hours transcribing their videos.
