So the partial payouts to the tribes was a good idea by the alliance. At least until the full payments are sorted out.
This could be done for the other payouts as well, to get things moving along so tier 4b can get going.
Gk posted an opinion on the false value of zim payouts. Since Ron is telling us trillions are set aside for the bonds, then how come the native tribes got only a few hundred million and not trillions, why would this be limited for them? Just wondering today....
