"Need Clarification/Guidance" by Dorothy W - 9.6.20

Can someone please ask Charlie Ward or Fleming these questions:

Will folks who have only received Dinar, Dong and/or ZIM via a gift letter from another currency owner be able to participate in the Contract Rate exchanges and/or in the early exchanges? (IE. people who do not have proof of currency purchases in their own name.)

Is there a minimum currency amount for which the Contract currency exchange rate applies? (I've given many friends and relatives a very small amount of Dinar and/or Dong. I need to know if these folks can participate in the early exchanges or if they have to wait for the public/international rates. This will determine if I need to tell them to contact the exchange centers or to later go into a bank.)

How much can we tell our friends/relatives "gift recipients" before our exchange appointment? (IE. the secured website; need for a charity donation plan; need to sign NDA; QFS security purposes; need to establish Trust Acct. later; etc.)

Are there any differences in the info sharing/exchange participation rules for gift recipients of Dinar & Dong currency and those who were gifted ZIM? (I know someone who gifted ZIM to their children.)

Will the NDA prohibit "procedural" info sharing to these gift recipients (what to expect at the exchange meeting)? (The prohibition of discussing any Rate details is well understood!)

If recipient requests, will the giver be able to attend the exchange meeting established for the gift recipient?

Thank you.

(I previously posted on Recaps as SC Banker, but have been out of banking for 5 years. Certainly can emphasize with many Recaps readers, for I've been unemployed 4 times since 2011 due to downsizing - latest just 10 days ago due to COVID. I never, ever thought I'd still be waiting for this to happen a full 16 years after my first transaction.)
