Al-Shammari: Suspension of the administrative and financial powers of those who occupy a proxy position starting tomorrow

A member of the Political Bureau of the National Wisdom Current Fadi Shammari, Sunday, that the administrative and financial powers of anyone who occupies a position in the Iraqi state by proxy will stop starting Monday.
Al-Shammari said in a statement received by Al-Furat News, that "starting tomorrow, the administrative and financial powers of all those operating in the Iraqi state will be suspended by the rank of minister or undersecretary of the minister down to the lowest levels that need to be voted by the House of Representatives or the Council of Ministers Based on the law."
Shammari added that "starting from the end of the official working day of June 30, 2019 until the entry into force of the amendment of the budget law for 2019, we warn all officials to commit legal and administrative violations and financial because it will put them under the burden of accountability." The Iraqi market for securities closed on Sunday, rising by (0.14), stopping at {496.31} points.
The indicators were the rest as in the below:
1. The number of shares traded {484,501,483} shares.
2. The value of shares amounted to {490,889,648} dinars.
3. The ISX 60 index closed today's session at {496.31}, up by 0.14, from the previous session of {495.64}.
4 Shares traded {31} out of the 103 listed companies.
5 - The number of companies suspended by a decision of the Securities Commission for failure to comply with financial disclosure instructions {20} company.
6 - The number of shares purchased by non-Iraqi investors reached 36,028 million shares valued at JD (112,490) million through the execution of 56 transactions on shares of 4 companies.
7 - The number of shares sold by non-Iraqi investors {5,471} million shares worth {16,621} million dinars through the implementation of {17} deal on the shares of {3} companies.
8 - The number of shares purchased by non-Iraqi investors in the second market reached 20 million shares valued at JD 53 million through the execution of 22 transactions on one company.

Article VII sanctions the Security Council put on Iraq limited their ability to engage in the international world politically and in conjunction with the IMF financially. As Frank used to say Article VII sanctions were shackles placed on Iraq. Some have been removed...hopefully the thing with Kuwait is the last one. We'll see. IMO

Did the Security Council delegation discuss lifting Iraq from Chapter VII?

Advisor to the President of the Republic Sherwan al-Waeli, Sunday, that the delegation of the Security Council, which visited Baghdad yesterday did not discuss the issue of lifting Iraq from Chapter VII.
"The delegation of the Security Council did not discuss with the President of the Republic the issue of lifting Iraq from Chapter VII, yes, this may be discussed with the Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, "Waeli said in a statement to the newspaper "Middle East" and briefed him .

Security Council on the implementation of Article 140: We support the Iraqis to abide by the Constitution and its implementation

The President of the Security Council at its current session, the representative of Kuwait to the Security Council, Mansour al-Otaibi, on the support of Iraqis to abide by the Constitution and implementation, adding: "We encourage dialogue between all components of Iraqi society
"Iraq has been on the agenda of the UN Security Council for many years, and we have held very important meetings with the President of the Republic and the Prime Minister, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the representative of the UNAMI mission and the last meeting we held with representatives of civil society," he told a news conference in Baghdad
He added that "the message of the Security Council was a clear message that the international community stands by Iraq, and appreciates the great sacrifices made by Iraq and the Iraqi people in defeating the organization calling for this organization, which committed heinous crimes against civilians in different parts of Iraq
"There is support for the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI), which has a mandate by a Security Council resolution. Part of the visit was in Kuwait.
Before we came to Iraq, we also met with officials from the Kuwaiti government, the Foreign Minister and Deputy Secretary-General, We discussed the results of the International Conference for the Reconstruction of the Free Zones of Daqash, where an international conference for the reconstruction of Iraq was chaired by Kuwait and Iraq, the United Nations and the World Bank.
