Bail-ins Saves the Banks but Who Saves us?

Here are a few things you missed to take in consideration... What do you suppose the percentage of Americans are that have 250k or more in their bank account? That if a bank(s) failed .. That they would be able to collect on FDIC ? Not many..

Then if there was such a happening ..who's to say the FDIC will not do or be a AIG?

Did AIG fail?

The collapse and near-failure of insurance giant American International Group (AIG) was a major moment in the recent financial crisis. AIG, a global company with about $1 trillion in assets prior to the crisis, lost $99.2 billion in 2008

How do we know that FDIC would be able to cover their obligations? Who paided the premiums? Were or are they paid? We always hear that Social Secrity didn't have the funds.. Do we know if FDIC can cover it?
